TRAVEL

Travel is a powerful teacher. The more I see, the more I learn. The more I learn, the more I want to explore.

I have been fortunate to travel extensively, immersing myself in diverse cultures that have profoundly enriched my perspective and creativity. Each destination has offered invaluable lessons through its history, art, and culinary traditions, enhancing my understanding of the world around me, and informing how I interact with people of all sorts of walks of life.

Here are some places I’ve been in the last couple of years:

🇵🇷 Puerto Rico

My Home Base: I’m on a mission to explore its endless natural beauty and cultural richness.

🇺🇸 USA

Boston, MA: Lived there for five years, and immersed myself in academic life.

San Diego, CA: Currently based here for the foreseeable future, enjoying the sunny life.

PADI License in San Andrés, Colombia

Earning my PADI license was a significant milestone in my commitment to protecting and advocating for marine life. This achievement not only allows me to immerse myself in the underwater world I am passionate about but also connects me with a community of like-minded individuals. Equipped with this skill, I am better positioned to engage in conservation initiatives that promote the health and sustainability of marine ecosystems.

Wildlife Themed Street Art Tour in La Paz, México

During a recent trip, my partner and I participated in a captivating tour of La Paz, where local and invited artists showcased the region’s wildlife through vibrant, storytelling murals. These large-scale artworks, including a stunning piece by Eva Bracamontes, highlight the local fauna and culture, offering passersby a deeper understanding of this unique fishing village. This experience not only enriched my appreciation for artistic expression but also reinforced the importance of integrating cultural narratives into environmental advocacy.
